Check out our new video!

Excited to reveal a new video on Schantz MakerSpace and the Maker Movement! Get an inside look at the excitement and energy taking place right here in Wayne County, Ohio. Our maker community continues to grow in members, projects and missions. In just our first year as a non-profit organization, we've offered 20 workshops, serving more than 250 students. We've built over 100 3-D Printers, 30 computerized lights displays and 20 CNC Routers. We not only built the machines, but we taught the students how they work, how to use the software, and how to incorporate machines into their businesses. We served four different school districts, bringing our programs into the schools to teach the next generation of makers, and will expand to include more schools next year. Join us and be part of the movement in 2019. What will you create? Special thanks to the folks from MAGNET and Akron Video Makers for their hard work on the video.
